As a result, he has delivered millions in both cost savings and revenues. These successes have been supported by his intrinsic domain knowledge and how it can be strategically leveraged, which he combines with a flair for building strong internal and external partnerships, including with C-suite directors.
Prior to becoming Chairman of SPD Contracting, he was an entrepreneur in several diversified ventures and founded multiple technology and operations businesses, preceded by a series of senior positions with major international IT companies.
He has a proven record of success in creating solutions and campaigns to drive clients brand development, market expansion and profitability. Communicative and intuitive, able to establish and sustain relationships with clients, partners and business associates and lead management teams to achieve exceptional results in complex, intensely competitive markets.
His extensive experience extends to multiple geographies and business sectors, with specialist expertise in technology and allied managed services, currently running an organization that has a footprint in over 84 countries.
With background in engineering and business, he successfully developed SPD Contracting and established the first pillars of the company as it stands today.
Having started his career in mining and quarrying industries in the Middle East and Africa regions in sales and operational management roles with companies like Cranic QSS, Thiess Services ME, Habtoor Leighton, etc.
Enthusiastic and passionate senior executive, with decades of construction experience and is committed to delivery of landmark projects with attention to design, quality. Maintaining excellent business and social skills, forming strong professional team relationships.
With two decades of experience spanning multiple countries, Suleiman has established his expertise in project development, contracting, and interior decoration.
He strongly believes in the transformative power of spaces to enhance people’s lives. After earning a degree in electrical engineering, he pursued his passion by obtaining a degree in Interior Design later. His career began in the design industry and later transitioned to hospitality project development and construction.
Collaborating closely with multinational operators, consultants, and interior designers, He served as a key coordinator for the successful development of international 4 and 5-star hotels, overseeing each project’s progress. Additionally, he has contributed to the interior and exterior fit-outs of prestigious residential and commercial projects in Dubai, providing well-designed solutions for both technical and contractual aspects.
